1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Bandırma Elektrik / Eray Gez (“we”, “us”, “Developer”) and you (“User”) regarding the download and use of the Elektro Portal mobile application (“Application”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Description of the Service

Elektro Portal provides informational and calculation tools for electrical and electronics fieldwork, connector and pinout references, an optional AI-powered Technical Assistant, optional iCloud-based calculation storage, and paid Premium subscription features.

The Application is not a substitute for professional engineering services, official project approvals, occupational safety inspections, or legal advice.

3. Accounts and Access

The Application is distributed through Apple’s App Store and accessed via Apple devices.

Certain features, such as iCloud synchronization, require an active Apple ID and iCloud account on your device.

Face ID, Touch ID, and Optic ID features operate solely on your device. We do not store passwords, biometric information, or authentication credentials on our servers.

4. Free and Premium Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan includes:

Access to calculation tools
Access to pinout references
Ad-free experience
AI Technical Assistant usage limited to approximately five (5) questions per day (subject to change)

Certain advanced calculation details may only be available to Premium subscribers.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium access is offered through automatically renewing monthly and/or yearly subscriptions.

No lifetime subscription is offered.

Premium benefits may include:

Increased AI Assistant usage limits (currently up to twenty (20) questions per day)
PDF report generation and sharing
Access to advanced calculation details
Additional Premium-only features displayed within the Application

Pricing is displayed through the App Store and may vary by country, taxes, currency exchange rates, and Apple policies.

4.3 Legacy Customers

Users who previously purchased Elektro Portal as a paid application may receive up to one (1) year of complimentary Premium access, as described within the Application and related materials.

At the end of the promotional period, access automatically returns to the Free Plan unless an active subscription is purchased.

Lifetime Premium access is not granted.

4.4 Purchases, Billing, and Cancellation

Payments and subscription management are handled entirely through Apple.

Subscriptions may be canceled through:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

or through the subscription management options provided by Apple.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect access during the current billing period.

Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

5. AI Technical Assistant – Important Notice

The AI Technical Assistant provides general information and recommendations only.

Responses are not professional engineering opinions, official interpretations of standards, work instructions, or legally binding advice.

For work involving high voltage, electrical hazards, personal safety, or property safety, qualified personnel and applicable regulations, standards, and codes must always be followed.

You should never make critical decisions based solely on information provided by the Application.

Measurements, inspections, testing, and professional engineering approval may be required.

Text and images submitted to the AI Assistant may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers for the purpose of generating responses, as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the daily usage limit is reached, access to the AI Assistant may be temporarily restricted until the limit resets.

6. Calculation Tools and Pinout References

The formulas, calculations, and reference tables provided within the Application may contain estimated, typical, or generalized values.

Manufacturer documentation, official specifications, applicable standards, and on-site measurements should always take precedence over Application results.

Pinout diagrams and connector references are provided for informational purposes only.

Users are responsible for verifying compatibility and accuracy using current manufacturer documentation before performing installations, repairs, or modifications.

PDF reports generated by the Application are intended as informational documents only. Users remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information shared or relied upon.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Application in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Use the Application in a manner that could endanger people, property, or public safety
Infringe the rights of third parties
Abuse the AI Assistant through spam, automated systems, bots, or excessive automated requests
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to access the source code of the Application except where permitted by applicable law
Copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Application beyond the rights granted by the App Store license
Overload or interfere with the infrastructure supporting the Application

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated.

8. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application solely for its intended purpose.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy
Reliability
Availability
Non-infringement

We do not guarantee that the Application will operate without interruption, error, or security vulnerabilities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Lost business opportunities
Loss of data
Service interruptions
Damages arising from reliance on information provided by the Application

Our total liability arising out of or related to the Application shall not exceed the amount paid by you for subscriptions during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have not purchased a subscription, our maximum liability shall be zero (0).

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, and those limitations will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

The Application may rely on services provided by third parties, including but not limited to:

Apple App Store
StoreKit
iCloud
CloudKit
AI service providers such as OpenAI

These services are governed by their own terms, policies, and agreements.

We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, service outages, pricing changes, or functionality provided by third-party services.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Application if:

These Terms are violated
The Application is abused or misused
Continued access poses security, legal, or operational risks

Where appropriate, notice may be provided in advance.

In urgent circumstances, access may be restricted immediately without prior notice.

You may terminate your use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Balıkesir, Türkiye.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that may be available under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Taraflar ve kabul

İşbu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), [Bandırma Elektrik / Eray Gez] (“Biz”, “Geliştirici”) ile Elektro Portal mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) indiren veya kullanan siz (“Kullanıcı”) arasında geçerlidir.

Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Koşulları ve [Gizlilik Politikası] metnini okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

2. Hizmetin tanımı

Elektro Portal; elektrik ve elektronik saha çalışmalarına yönelik bilgilendirme ve hesaplama araçları, pin / konnektör referansları, isteğe bağlı yapay zeka destekli Teknik Asistan, isteğe bağlı iCloud ile hesaplama kaydı ve ücretli Pro abonelik özellikleri sunar.

Uygulama profesyonel mühendislik hizmeti, resmi proje onayı, iş güvenliği denetimi veya hukuki danışmanlık yerine geçmez.

3. Hesap ve erişim

Uygulama, Apple ID ile App Store üzerinden dağıtılır.
iCloud kayıt özelliği için cihazınızda Apple ID ile iCloud’a giriş gerekir.
Face ID / Touch ID kilidi yalnızca cihazınızda çalışır; parolanızı veya biyometrik verinizi sunucularımızda tutmayız.

4. Ücretsiz ve Pro plan

4.1. Ücretsiz plan

Hesaplama araçları ve pin listelerine erişim (reklamsız).
Teknik Asistan: günlük [5] soru hakkı (sayı güncellenebilir).
Bazı hesaplama detay satırları yalnızca Pro’da gösterilebilir.

4.2. Pro abonelik

Otomatik yenilenen abonelik (aylık ve/veya yıllık); ömür boyu lisans sunulmaz.
Pro ile: günlük [20] Teknik Asistan sorusu, PDF paylaşımı ve Pro’ya açılan detaylar (özellik listesi uygulama içinde gösterilir).
Fiyatlar App Store’da görüntülenir; vergi ve kur farkları Apple politikalarına tabidir.

4.3. Eski sürüm alıcıları

Daha önce ücretli uygulama satın almış kullanıcılara, Koşullar ve uygulama içi metinlerde belirtildiği şekilde en fazla bir (1) yıl promosyon Pro tanınabilir. Süre sonunda haklar ücretsiz plana döner; ömür boyu Pro verilmez.

4.4. Satın alma ve iptal

Ödeme ve abonelik yönetimi Apple üzerinden yapılır.
Aboneliği Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler (veya uygulama içi “Aboneliği yönet”) üzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz.
İptal, mevcut dönem sonuna kadar erişimi etkilemez; yenileme durur.
İade talepleri Apple’ın iade politikalarına tabidir.

5. Teknik Asistan — özel uyarılar

Yanıtlar genel bilgilendirme ve öneri niteliğindedir; kesin teşhis, standart yorumu veya iş emri değildir.
Yüksek gerilim, can ve mal güvenliği riski olan tüm işlerde yetkili personel, geçerli standartlar (TEİAŞ, TS, IEC vb.) ve yerel mevzuat esas alınmalıdır.
Kritik kararları yalnızca Uygulama çıktısına dayanarak vermeyin; ölçüm, muayene ve yetkili mühendislik onayı gerekir.
Gönderdiğiniz metin ve görseller, yanıt üretmek için yapay zeka API sağlayıcısına iletilir (Gizlilik Politikası’na bakınız).
Günlük soru limiti aşıldığında hizmet o gün için durdurulur; ertesi gün (yerel saat) sıfırlanır.

6. Hesaplama araçları ve pin listeleri

Formüller ve tablolar yaklaşık / tipik değerler içerebilir; üretici katalogları ve saha ölçümü her zaman önceliklidir.
Pin şemaları referans amaçlıdır; cihaz üreticisinin güncel dokümantasyonunu kontrol edin.
PDF çıktıları Pro özelliği olabilir; paylaştığınız raporların doğruluğundan siz sorumlusunuz.

7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Aşağıdakiler yasaktır:

Kanuna aykırı, tehlikeli veya üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal eden kullanım;
Asistanı spam, otomatik bot veya tersine mühendislik amacıyla kötüye kullanmak;
Uygulamayı kopyalamak, dağıtmak veya türev ürün oluşturmak (izin verilen ölçüdeki App Store lisansı hariç);
API veya altyapıya aşırı yük bindirmek.

İhlal halinde erişimi kısıtlama veya yasal yollara başvurma hakkımız saklıdır.

8. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, arayüz, marka, logo, metinler ve yazılım Biz’e veya lisans verenlere aittir. Koşullar size yalnızca kişisel, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan kullanım lisansı verir.

9. Garanti reddi

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut hâliyle” sunulur. Ticari elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk veya hatasız çalışma konusunda açık veya zımni garanti verilmez.

10. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Yürürlükteki zorunlu hükümler saklı kalmak kaydıyla; dolaylı zarar, veri kaybı, iş kaybı veya arıza nedeniyle oluşan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız.
Toplam sorumluluğumuz, son [12] ayda Uygulama için ödediğiniz abonelik bedelini (ücretsiz kullanımda [0] TL) aşamaz.

11. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Apple (App Store, iCloud, StoreKit) ve yapay zeka API sağlayıcısı kendi koşullarına tabidir. Bu hizmetlerdeki kesinti veya politika değişikliklerinden Biz sorumlu değiliz.

12. Askıya alma ve sonlandırma

Koşulları ihlal eden veya hizmeti kötüye kullanan erişim, önceden bildirimle veya acil hallerde bildirimsiz kısıtlanabilir. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırarak kullanımı sonlandırabilirsiniz.

13. Değişiklikler

Koşullar güncellenebilir. Güncel metin [https://www.bandirmaelektrik.com/…] adresinde yayımlanır. Önemli değişikliklerde makul şekilde bilgilendirme yapılır. Değişiklikten sonra kullanım, kabul sayılır.

14. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlık

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Balıkesir Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir (tüketici olarak ikametgâhınızdaki tüketici hakem heyeti / mahkemeleri saklıdır).

1. Vertragsparteien und Zustimmung

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen („Bedingungen“) stellen eine rechtsverbindliche Vereinbarung zwischen Bandırma Elektrik / Eray Gez („wir“, „uns“, „Entwickler“) und Ihnen („Nutzer“) hinsichtlich des Downloads und der Nutzung der mobilen Anwendung Elektro Portal („App“) dar.

Durch das Herunterladen, Installieren oder Verwenden der App bestätigen Sie, dass Sie diese Bedingungen sowie unsere Datenschutzrichtlinie gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert haben.

Wenn Sie diesen Bedingungen nicht zustimmen, dürfen Sie die App nicht verwenden.

2. Beschreibung des Dienstes

Elektro Portal bietet Informations- und Berechnungstools für die Elektrotechnik und Elektronik, Pinout- und Steckverbinder-Referenzen, einen optionalen KI-gestützten technischen Assistenten, optionale iCloud-Speicherung von Berechnungen sowie kostenpflichtige Premium-Abonnementfunktionen.

Die App ersetzt keine professionelle Ingenieurleistung, behördliche Genehmigung, Sicherheitsprüfung oder rechtliche Beratung.

3. Konten und Zugriff

Die App wird über den Apple App Store bereitgestellt.

Für die Nutzung der iCloud-Synchronisierung ist eine Anmeldung mit einer Apple-ID und ein aktives iCloud-Konto erforderlich.

Face ID, Touch ID und Optic ID funktionieren ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät. Passwörter oder biometrische Daten werden von uns nicht gespeichert.

4. Kostenlose und Premium-Version

4.1 Kostenlose Version

Die kostenlose Version umfasst:

Zugriff auf Berechnungstools
Zugriff auf Pinout-Referenzen
Werbefreie Nutzung
Nutzung des KI-Assistenten mit derzeit bis zu fünf (5) Fragen pro Tag (Änderungen vorbehalten)

Bestimmte erweiterte Berechnungsergebnisse können Premium-Nutzern vorbehalten sein.

4.2 Premium-Abonnement

Premium wird über automatisch verlängerbare monatliche und/oder jährliche Abonnements angeboten.

Eine lebenslange Lizenz wird nicht angeboten.

Premium-Vorteile können umfassen:

Erhöhte Nutzungslimits für den KI-Assistenten (derzeit bis zu zwanzig (20) Fragen pro Tag)
Erstellung und Freigabe von PDF-Berichten
Erweiterte Berechnungsergebnisse
Zusätzliche Premium-Funktionen innerhalb der App

Die Preise werden im App Store angezeigt und können je nach Land, Steuern, Wechselkursen und Apple-Richtlinien variieren.

4.3 Bestandskunden

Nutzer, die Elektro Portal zuvor als kostenpflichtige App erworben haben, können gemäß den Angaben innerhalb der App und der begleitenden Informationen bis zu einem (1) Jahr kostenlosen Premium-Zugang erhalten.

Nach Ablauf des Aktionszeitraums wird das Konto automatisch auf die kostenlose Version zurückgesetzt, sofern kein aktives Abonnement besteht.

Ein lebenslanger Premium-Zugang wird nicht gewährt.

4.4 Käufe, Abrechnung und Kündigung

Zahlungen und Abonnementverwaltung erfolgen vollständig über Apple.

Abonnements können über folgende Einstellung gekündigt werden:

Einstellungen → Apple-ID → Abonnements

oder über die von Apple bereitgestellten Verwaltungsfunktionen.

Eine Kündigung verhindert zukünftige Verlängerungen, hat jedoch keinen Einfluss auf den bereits bezahlten Abrechnungszeitraum.

Rückerstattungen unterliegen den Rückerstattungsrichtlinien von Apple.

5. KI-Technischer Assistent – Wichtiger Hinweis

Die Antworten des KI-Assistenten dienen ausschließlich allgemeinen Informations- und Unterstützungszwecken.

Sie stellen keine professionelle Ingenieurberatung, verbindliche Normenauslegung, Arbeitsanweisung oder rechtliche Empfehlung dar.

Bei Arbeiten mit Hochspannung oder Risiken für Personen- und Sachwerte müssen stets qualifizierte Fachkräfte sowie die geltenden Normen, Vorschriften und Sicherheitsbestimmungen berücksichtigt werden.

Treffen Sie keine sicherheitskritischen Entscheidungen ausschließlich auf Grundlage von Informationen der App.

Messungen, Prüfungen, Inspektionen und gegebenenfalls die Freigabe durch qualifizierte Fachkräfte sind erforderlich.

Von Ihnen eingereichte Texte und Bilder können zur Generierung von Antworten an KI-Dienstleister übermittelt werden, wie in der Datenschutzrichtlinie beschrieben.

Wird das tägliche Nutzungslimit erreicht, kann der Zugriff auf den KI-Assistenten bis zur automatischen Zurücksetzung eingeschränkt werden.

6. Berechnungstools und Pinout-Referenzen

Die in der App enthaltenen Formeln, Berechnungen und Referenztabellen können geschätzte oder typische Werte enthalten.

Herstellerdokumentationen, offizielle Spezifikationen, Normen und Vor-Ort-Messungen haben stets Vorrang vor den Ergebnissen der App.

Pinout-Diagramme und Steckverbinder-Referenzen dienen ausschließlich Informationszwecken.

Nutzer sind selbst dafür verantwortlich, die Kompatibilität und Richtigkeit anhand aktueller Herstellerunterlagen zu überprüfen.

PDF-Berichte dienen ausschließlich Informationszwecken. Die Verantwortung für die Nutzung oder Weitergabe dieser Informationen liegt beim Nutzer.

7. Zulässige Nutzung

Sie verpflichten sich, die App nicht zu verwenden:

Unter Verstoß gegen geltende Gesetze oder Vorschriften
In einer Weise, die Personen, Eigentum oder die öffentliche Sicherheit gefährden könnte
Zur Verletzung von Rechten Dritter
Für Spam, automatisierte Anfragen oder Missbrauch des KI-Assistenten
Zum Reverse Engineering, Dekompilieren oder Manipulieren der App, soweit gesetzlich nicht erlaubt
Zum Kopieren, Weiterverbreiten oder Erstellen abgeleiteter Werke außerhalb der durch Apple gewährten Lizenz
Zur Überlastung oder Störung der Infrastruktur der App

Bei Verstößen behalten wir uns das Recht vor, den Zugriff einzuschränken oder zu beenden.

8. Geistiges Eigentum

Die App, einschließlich Software, Benutzeroberfläche, Design, Marken, Logos, Texte, Grafiken und Inhalte, ist Eigentum von uns oder unseren Lizenzgebern und durch geltende Gesetze zum Schutz geistigen Eigentums geschützt.

Diese Bedingungen gewähren Ihnen lediglich eine eingeschränkte, persönliche, nicht exklusive, nicht übertragbare und widerrufbare Nutzungslizenz.

Es werden keine Eigentumsrechte übertragen.

9. Gewährleistungsausschluss

Die App wird „wie besehen“ („AS IS“) und „wie verfügbar“ („AS AVAILABLE“) bereitgestellt.

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, schließen wir alle ausdrücklichen oder stillschweigenden Gewährleistungen aus, einschließlich:

Marktgängigkeit
Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck
Genauigkeit
Zuverlässigkeit
Verfügbarkeit
Nichtverletzung von Rechten Dritter

Wir garantieren nicht, dass die App jederzeit fehlerfrei, unterbrechungsfrei oder sicher funktioniert.

10. Haftungsbeschränkung

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für:

Indirekte Schäden
Folgeschäden
Gewinnverluste
Geschäftsverluste
Datenverluste
Dienstunterbrechungen
Schäden aufgrund des Vertrauens auf Informationen aus der App

Unsere Gesamthaftung ist auf den Betrag begrenzt, den Sie in den letzten zwölf (12) Monaten für Premium-Abonnements bezahlt haben.

Falls Sie kein Abonnement erworben haben, beträgt unsere maximale Haftung null (0).

Die App kann Dienste Dritter verwenden, darunter:

StoreKit
iCloud
CloudKit
KI-Dienstleister wie OpenAI

Diese Dienste unterliegen ihren eigenen Bedingungen und Richtlinien.

Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für Ausfälle, Änderungen oder Einschränkungen dieser Dienste.

12. Sperrung und Beendigung

Wir können den Zugriff auf die App einschränken oder beenden, wenn:

Gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen wird
Die App missbräuchlich genutzt wird
Sicherheits-, rechtliche oder betriebliche Risiken entstehen

Soweit möglich, erfolgt eine vorherige Benachrichtigung.

Sie können die Nutzung jederzeit beenden, indem Sie die App von Ihrem Gerät entfernen.

13. Änderungen dieser Bedingungen

Wir können diese Bedingungen von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren.

Die aktuelle Version wird auf unserer Website veröffentlicht.

Wesentliche Änderungen können über die App, unsere Website oder andere geeignete Kommunikationswege mitgeteilt werden.

Die weitere Nutzung der App nach Inkrafttreten der Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung zu den aktualisierten Bedingungen.

14. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Republik Türkei.

Für Streitigkeiten sind die Gerichte und Vollstreckungsbehörden von Balıkesir, Türkei, zuständig.

Zwingende Verbraucherschutzrechte bleiben hiervon unberührt.
